Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation. If you were to consider private treatment. We offer places from £1,950. Adus Healthcare, Founded in 2009, Free Rehab stands as one of the UK’s premier and most established residential treatment centres. Our approach to treatment is grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, Twelve Step Facilitation, interpersonal group therapy, individual counselling, and various psycho-social interventions designed to help individuals comprehend and tackle addiction challenges. Our relapse prevention program empowers clients to enhance their self-efficacy—believing that they can achieve their desired outcomes through their own efforts—which is essential for developing and maintaining coping strategies to uphold abstinence.
At Free Rehab, we offer personalised treatment tailored to each client’s unique needs, supported by a dedicated team of specialised addiction therapists, support staff, and care personnel. This team is guided by our leaders, managers, heads of addiction treatment services, and directors. We collaborate closely with general practitioners and local medical services to ensure the highest quality of care.
Our mission is to provide support and encouragement, enabling individuals to feel empowered, enhance their recovery capital, and achieve a fulfilling quality of life.
Expert Alcohol Dependency Rehabilitation Treatment
At Free Rehab, we view alcohol dependency as a serious condition and strive to foster long-term sobriety through our therapeutic treatment program. Our goal is to assist clients in their recovery journey through an intensive, customised program that integrates the Twelve Steps with other complementary therapies.
While we focus on treating clients with addiction issues, we also acknowledge that addiction frequently coexists with other challenges, and we are equipped to support clients with mild complex needs. For more information, please reach out to our admissions team at 07811 606 606, who will be happy to assist you with any inquiries you may have.
Free Rehab adopts the principles of a trauma-informed care approach.
Safety: Within the organisation, both staff and those they assist feel secure both physically and psychologically; the environment is safe, and interpersonal interactions foster a sense of safety. Prioritising the understanding of safety as defined by those receiving care is essential.
Trust and transparency: The organisation operates with transparency in its processes and decisions, aiming to build and sustain trust with clients, their families, staff, and others involved (for instance, by providing timely, accurate, and honest information about current situations, future actions, and the reasons behind them).
Peer support and self-help: Encourage individuals to engage with peer support and identify mutual self-help opportunities, which serve as pathways to establish safety, hope, collaboration, a sense of worth, healing, and recovery.
Collaboration: Recognise the power dynamics between staff and clients, as well as among organisational staff, striving to ‘flatten the hierarchy’, share decision-making, work collaboratively to develop healing relationships, and promote the idea that everyone plays a role in a trauma-informed approach—being therapeutic does not require one to be a therapist.
Empowerment, voice, and choice: Encourage recovery and personal choice. Acknowledge that each person’s trauma experience is distinct and necessitates a personalised approach. Prevent re-traumatisation by being mindful not to instil feelings of powerlessness. Assist clients in making shared decisions and collaborating on goal-setting and planning to support their healing and progress. Staff act as facilitators rather than controllers of recovery, and they are also empowered to perform their roles with sufficient organisational backing.
Cultural, historical, and gender issues: Move beyond cultural stereotypes and biases (such as those based on race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, religion, gender identity, etc.). Provide gender-responsive services and highlight the healing benefits of cultural connections. For help and advice Call 07811 606 606.
